At LISU Ecommerce Enterprise, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which products purchased through LISU – The Way of Life may be returned, replaced, or refunded.
By placing an order on LISU, you agree to this policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product delivered is damaged
- The product is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is expired
- Items are missing from the order
Return requests must generally be made within 24 to 48 hours after delivery, depending on the product category.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Grocery items once opened
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable”
- Digital or promotional items
LISU reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet eligibility conditions.
3. Conditions for Return
Returned products must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging, labels, and invoice
- Not be tampered with or damaged by the customer
Our team may inspect the product before approving a refund or replacement.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Open the LISU app
- Go to “My Orders”
- Select the relevant order
- Choose “Return” or “Report an Issue”
- Submit the reason and supporting images if required

5. Refund Process
Once the return request is approved:
- Refunds may be processed to the original payment method
- COD refunds may be processed to bank account, wallet, or UPI
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on banks or payment providers
Refund timelines may vary.
6. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded if:
- Replacement stock is available
- The issue qualifies under this policy
If replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped or out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
LISU reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Pricing errors
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraud
- Operational issues
Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed accordingly.
8. Failed Deliveries
Refunds may not be applicable if delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unreachable customer
- Repeated delivery rejection
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-attempts.
9. Fraudulent Claims
LISU reserves the right to reject returns or refunds if fraudulent activity, abuse of policy, or suspicious behavior is detected.
Legal action may be taken where necessary.
10. Limitation of Liability
LISU shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by banks or payment gateways
- Minor packaging differences
- Manufacturer-related product variations
Refund decisions made by LISU shall be final, subject to applicable laws.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published within the app or website.
Continued use of LISU after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
